🌻 The Way It All Began 🌻

✨Every step of my entrepreneurial journey has been Holy Spirit led.

Let me explain.

So, my journey actually began with me being a singer-songwriter.

My main goal and passion was to create art in the music industry and share my gift with the world !!!

But after years of passionately working, I realized it was just not for me.

In 2018 my husband and I had a ⚠️Trigger Warning⚠️

miscarriage which would have been our first child together. At that point, I know I needed to make a decision about what to do next for a career.

I prayed and asked God what to do next.

One night while on a doom scroll mission, lol I saw a meme about throwing business showers for our friends that start small businesses.

🤗 I got overly joyed bc I naturally supported and rooted for small businesses, whether I knew them or not, and I love to celebrate!

(My husband will tell you, I’ll celebrate red hat in a box day.😜).

So, I started to build my business.

But as life would have it, I got distracted and battled with working on music or not.

Eventually I decided to just go all in with my business at the end of 2019.

And then….

The pande hit.

I was devastated, I had procrastinated and missed my opportunity to build my business.

So I thought….

I hosted a couple virtual business baby showers, but the concept was so new, I really wanted to take a step back and introduce it when we could have in-person events again.

So, once again I Prayed.

The Lord spoke to me through a friend.

She reached out to me randomly and asked if I had ever thought about offering Virtual Assistant services.

I was like, wow 😮 no I haven’t!

But it was perfect bc I had previously done this type of work:

➡️ In high school, for my senior project, I volunteered for a nonprofit organization doing clerical work.

➡️ I was a personal assistant to an ex of mine who had a digital company I helped him run.

➡️ I then interned for Tyrese Gibson.

➡️And then I was a personal assistant or wellness coordinator to a chiropractor.

The foundation was set.

So, I began offering VA services!

And I immediately had small businesses reaching out to me for assistance.

But I quickly realized, they didn’t need a VA, they needed a SMM (social media manager).

So I started offering social media management services.

I really enjoy the possibilities that social media offers to growing businesses!

If done right, your business can truly take off!!!

I had immersed myself in all things social media marketing and gained so much knowledge about the industry.

I would look for all kinds of ways to gain knowledge, reading books on marketing, watching YouTube videos, taking courses, attending conferences, being in clubhouse rooms, following “marketing gurus”. You name it.

I got really excited though when I started watching Emily In Paris, I loved how out of the box she thought about marketing.

It doesn’t always have to be so serious.

And that’s where I got the idea to start a full on marketing agency.

I have soooooooo many ideas for small businesses.

When I see a new business open up, if it aligns, I fully support it.🎉

I instantly get a mind full of fun and creative ways that they can use to market their business both online and offline!!

Why did I just tell my Life story?!?

Well, I think it’s important to understand who I am, why I do what I do, and how it all came to be.

But also to offer a word of encouragement to the believers in business.

🙏🏾 Pray often.

God cares about our Joy, even the minuscule things.

Pray for guidance.

If your business is suffering, pray about it.

Unsure about what to do next.

Pray about it.

God will answer you.

Now, I am not a 7-Figure business owner YET.

But, I am on my way!!!!!

And all Glory be to God for trusting me with the gift of my heart to love and serve people and for my creative mind!
